New Short Sale Listing in Providence Subdivision in Elgin
Short Salesare everywhere. Believe it or not some agents still won’t work with short sales for buyers or sellers. That is ok…I am sticking with them. Someone has to help all the struggling families and single people out there trying to get their lives back in order with the least amount of impact to their credit and our economy. I truly enjoy helping people and many times getting paid. There is plenty of training out there for any budget. I am enrolled in 2 programs right now just to keep up with it all. Harris University is my favorite check them out here Harris University
Short sales seem to be getting a little easier. The banks are moving a little quicker in most cases. Though there are still a few (well maybe more than a few) that are hopefully coming along soon. I am encouraged by Bank of Americas new systems so far as they are much more responsive with our updates. Wachovia and Wells Fargo have also stepped it up quite a bit for us all.
I would encourage Real Estate Agents to get training if they are going to work with short sales. Home buyers could use great representation from an agent that knows the process. And home sellers definitely need a trained real estate agent that can process the short sale correctly and have the best outcome possible for them. Short sales are not guaranteed but could be a great alternative to a foreclosure.
For Sellers – Look for a trained agent in Short Sales & Foreclosures.
For Buyers – Look for a trained agent in Short Sales & Foreclosures.
Hmmm…Both are the same 🙂
