This business is more like having a degree in psychology and helping friends more than selling anyone anything, even homes. Every day I get more involved in each one of my clients lives on a more personal level than I have in the past. People today need us to be their friend more than just looking at their situation at a business level. My focus and position on my team is to be the leader and main lead generator. Lead generator¦what a cold word. I have changed my focus due to guidance from a trusted friend. Now I go about my daily life focusing on having fun, doing what I love and getting involved in people™s lives. All the things I love which includes meeting new people, interacting in others lives and the leads just keep flowing.
Every person that comes across our path in life is there for a reason. I make the most of every encounter and every day. That doesn™t mean working every minute every day and always doing or saying the right thing at the right moment. Just getting out there and going with what I feel is the right thing at the time which in many cases is helping someone else with big or little things in their lives which makes us more connected. All this happiness I find in going about my business and life this way has proved to be the right path for me financially and very fulfilling.
Selling Real Estate has changed so much over the 12 years that I have been selling it, and so have I as a real estate agent.
