A home we sold in Wadsworth Illinois
I have been looking through the tax records lately and noticed an alarming number of homeowners that are behind on thier mortgage payments in pre-foreclosure status that have equity in their homes. I know many people just freeze up and don’t open the mail etc. when they have financial difficulties, they shut out the outside world. Well if you find yourself in this position for whatever reason, now is a good time to call a Realtor that is knowledgeable about distressed sales and the process. Information from me is free as I sit down with many clients that are in the position to do a short sale, deed in lieu, hold on to their property for another few years, rent out their property or sell it with little or no profit. There are many options and many people don’t know about them unless they contact a professional real estate agent that has experience in this area. My motto is always, do what is best for my client and it comes back to me threefold. It feels good too to help others, even when I don’t get paid for it.
So if you are unsure of any options you may have, contact me and let’s see together what your best options are for your home and family.
